I have been purchasing on Amazon since the mid 2000s and this is the first review I've ever written: this product is incredible. I uploaded a photo of my daughter and ordered this cube for my fiance for mother's day, it is absolutely amazing and came out far better than I expected. The image appears fully 3d and as you move the cube her face moves along with it, spectacular illusion and I am in awe at how clean it came out. I would STRONGLY recommend getting the lighted base, I didn't get one and regret it as the illusion is much better with light. Turning the flashlight on your phone and holding it under the cube does a great job of showcasing the engraving, but a lighted stand would have really knocked this out of the park. One day FedEx shipping was a nice touch and I couldn't be more pleased with how this came out. 1000 out of 10.

Perfect gift!A group of us from work pitched in and bought this for our boss as a Christmas gift. She is an animal lover and often has her dog lumbering throughout the office. She loves that dog.It was so easy to place the order, and the gift arrived flawlessly.You do it right on the Amazon website, or in the app. Select a picture and upload it! You get to choose the size, shape, engravings. The picture is in 3D. There are bases you can choose from for displaying it. It can be illuminated with small lighting. Whatever you want.The shipping was super fast and it arrived in time.The boss loved it.

This is the 2nd piece I have purchased from 3D. The first one was the heart crystal and it was absolutely beautiful, so I ordered a cube as another gift. The piece arrived without the background removed, which was disappointing as it was a distraction from the focus of the picture. I reached out to customer service and I'm blown away! Faith worked to get a replacement product with the background removed sent out and make one very happy customer!!! If you're looking to buy one of these unique gifts, look no further!!! Besides a wonderful gift, the customer service of this vendor is unmatched in today's marketplace! Even the manager (Adam) reached out to make sure I was completely satisfied. They absolutely get it, taking care of the customer sets them apart from the competition.

The first information I would like to share is this; you will never work with nicer, more professional people than those at 3D Innovation. They are incredibly patient and kind. I am certain many of their customers have had a loss and want to share their stories. They actually listen and never make you feel rushed. In addition, you are assured that being pleased with your purchase is #1.This crystal 3D likeness of my Tim is so AMAZING and realistic. The first time I turned the base on it actually shocked me to tears. I have many print photos of Tim, and several saved on my laptop. I have had more beautiful Fractures (photos printed on glass) created than I would admit.NOTHING compares to Tim's image in this 3D crystal piece. It is as if he was shrunken and encased in crystal. Of course, I chose my absolute favorite full body photo of him; if you are able, that would be my suggestion. I had his name placed under his image and below "LOVED FOT ETERNITY" which is so true.I lost Tim on 11/07/23; the tears and grieving have not even begun to diminish. Having a 3D crystal piece like mine is capable of providing some comfort, but even more so, joy. I do not have an actual photo of the crystal, but I am sharing the photo used.

Absolutely gorgeous! Not only that but got here super fast! My wife loved it!I did wish I had bought the light with it though light really brings the picture out and makes it pop if you got something or someone you want remember I honestly think this is a great idea! I don’t regret it

The media could not be loaded. It looks even better In person, my mother's birthday is December 19th, and my younger sister passed away some months ago. However there is no picture of all of us at once I was able to edit her into the bottom left corner when I chose the picture. Because of this I was worried how it would look once printed and honestly it looks as though she was always in the picture. Besides that it arrived early by an entire day in the mail (16th instead of 17th). Worth every penny for the actual product. However the base has no protection or security, the image can just freely glide across the surface with the slightest bump. Leaving room to worry that it may fall off and break.
