We installed it above our digital piano and it works perfectly. It gives enough brightness but won’t hurt our eyes. Installation was very easy with very minimum impact on the wall and we love it.

Bought these to use as reading lights for the bedroom, mounted them to the wall with the provided hardware and plugged them into smart plugs! The brass is a little yellower than I thought it would be but it looks nice. The light is a soft warm tone and it’s not overly bright, very good for my purposes. I wanted to also add, I did try to mount these with command strips originally like other reviewers mentioned but they fell off after about a week. So YMMV if you are a renter, just get some spackle when you move out and fill in the holes.

UPDATE: 5/17/2020 The light stopped working after only 4 days. I’m sending it back.Update #2 5/30/2020 The replacement light arrived and the flimsy box was damaged/crushed. This time a manual and hardware were included. I tested/plugged in the light to ensure that it worked before mounting. I noticed that the LED lens cover was cracked, but it worked so Installed it anyway. I like the appearance and brightness, but I doubt that I would purchase it again. I will use it until it fails and a find a better alternative.LIKE: I like the brightness and length of cord w on/off switch. It was perfect for my dartboard application.DISLIKED: The light arrived w/o mounting screws or any paperwork/instructions. The holes on the base where it attaches to the bracket are not at 3 o’clock/9 o’clock, they were slightly off. I mounted my bracket level expecting the lamp to be level when mounted.... wrong! The holes were off and had to mark at the angle of the holes and remount the bracket at a slight angle.I also reversed the the standoff 180* so that the cord would exit the top of the base. Overall, it’s good.

This over light is very well made. It’s also easy to install. I’ve ordered a light dimmer to go with it as it is pretty bright. I especially like the length of it. I recommend this item.Update, don’t buy this if you want to use a dimmer. It does not work.

I needed a light above my mirror in the bathroom. I turn it sideways and it is perfect! Wonderful light to do my make up with.

I was super excited for this lamp and thought it would look great on my wall over top of a shelf to highlight some displayed art. I anxiously awaiting for the package to arrive and when it did, I found a damaged and broken open box outside of my door. I brought the box inside to look at it and was hoping that the lamp was intact even though I heard all of the metal parts inside rattling. When I got in to my living room, I pulled open the broken part and revealed individual black, metal pieces that I assumed would be assembled into the lamp. However, when I turn the box upside down, looking for more parts, a simple Ziploc bag of screws fell out onto my coffee table. Clearly, the Ziploc bag was used and torn up from its long journey or something? Confused I just assumed that the lamp had been used and that the original packaging just wasn’t there. No worries at all. I really didn’t mind but then I focused on the black pieces that were on the table and realized there wasn’t a lamp at all. Or parts of a lamp. Instead, it’s just four of the same black metal bracket that honestly I don’t even know how you would hang anything or use these in anyway. I feel like I’ve just been punked or am on the receiving end of some prank because that was just the most random thing to pull from the box that should’ve contains a lamp and I don’t really know what to do with these things now.Anyway, I’m sure if people actually receive this product it would be really nice and maybe something happened in a warehouse but this is a little bit of a bummer since now I don’t really have anything to hang on my wall except these four weird metal pegs.

My lamp is great to light up my dark room. What is better is that I did not need to mount it on the wall, it just sits on the mirror perfectly without moving. The mirror is 1". Great price for the quality

I added it in my bathroom my apartment has some dull bathroom lights they are not enough I put this in my bathroom is a little better the lighting with it

Used this to replace a shaver/light. The pull cord is important. It looks the part, just the right brightness for a basin mirror light in the en suite- and was reasonably easy to fit. Would recommend.

La lampada è interamente in metallo nero opaco e dà un senso di qualità e robustezza. L'ho comprata su marketplace come "usato - come nuovo" e infatti era in perfette condizioni. Purtroppo ho dovuto fare il reso perché ho scoperto dopo che il foro dei cavi sullo specchio dove volevo montarla non era centrato a metà dello specchio e la base stretta della lampada non lo avrebbe coperto. Sulla luminosità quindi non so dire nulla perché non l'ho montata.

Habe die Leuchte über einen Flur-Spiegel montiert. Sehr hell, vielleicht etwas zu sehr. Der Lichtaustritt hätte vielleicht nicht senkrecht sondern minimal zur Wand / Spiegel hin gerichtet sein sollen, die Lampe blendet etwas ins Gesicht. Der Schnurschalter wirkt etwas antiquiert, die Schnur hängt vor dem Siegel.... Normaler Druckschalter wäre besser.
