No it's come with dipstick. It's a thick fragrance, roll on will not work with thick fragrance

Balanced and not too heavy scent

The perfume reminds me of a scent from my childhood. My mom had a perfume that smelled exactly like this.I usually prefer lighter and more flowery scents like pure and simple jasmin.But this one is very nice as well if used in moderation.Sadly the scent only lasts like 3 hours. But that is Ok for that price.I will be trying other scents and re-order when running out.
