Q: What wiring harness do you suggest getting to connect these lamps?

You should be able to use any harness. You do not need anything big.

Q: Will these work with factory hid?

From what I read in my research they will not, you have to make the hole slightly larger to fit factory HID's.

Q: So can you just buy these lights put them in your 2014 maxima with no extra things needed?

Yes. But I suggest using a wire harness. It makes connecting and disconnecting much better
