Q: Are the streamers removable? I like the handles but my daughter is a little old for the steamers.

Yes - they are in there with little plastic parts that should be able to be removed - you will still have a hole in the end of each :)

Q: Will these grips work with kids razor scooter ?

Unknown. Bought for kid-size bike.

Q: How long is the part of the handle bar that actually slides on the metal frame? Not including the extra cushion end of these?
