They don't shed when bluing guns!
Used these to blue a handgun that I had removed the factory finish from. Regular cotton balls are alot more cumbersome and they shed when trying to hit a sharper area. Job turned out great thanks to these!

Excellent!
These work great! Easy to wash and reuse, makes excellent circular shapes (for fabric or paper surface design painting). Great for faux leather edge coverage, too. I’ve used them to bleach circles on denim & black fabric and they held up well.

Thirsty Thursdays
These little guys are thirsty. They retain dye better than most sponges, expensive towels, and paint brushes. Abrasive enough to help the dye penetrate through the top layer of material, yet soft enough to not score it either

These will last me a lifetime.
I bought these to use to dye my gray hats after laundering them. I have one specific work hat that I have four of. They show sweat very easily and seem to fade after a wash or two so I picked up some dye. These daubers work great to apply it without wearing it!

Much better than using paper towels or cloths
Good way to apply denatured alcohol for leather holster molding and also to get tree sap off the car.

Perfect for applying chemical
I use these to apply tape primer or adhesive promoter on vinyl wall murals. Works perfectly and you have control of the application.

Holds dye well, superior application
Really holds a lot of dye, lets you spread it out without repeated dipping it. Didn't realize I'd have such a huge preference for these over daubing with a rag corner or sponge, but makes a difference!Best part is, I can set one of these aside after initial application, and then come back later and do a touch up without having to open the dye again. They don't dry out as would a folded piece of paper towel. That's an unexpected benefit.
