Item arrived damaged, as bottlecap was loose and spilled purple liquid everywhere. Description says item is not returnable but is eligible for refund or replacement if damaged or defective. However, because it is a food item, it is not eligible for refund or replacement even if it is damaged. Website needs to be updated to let consumer know that there is no option for refund or replacement even if the contents are totally unusable.

Damaged and can’t return
The media could not be loaded. We received the package and the bottle was broken with the liquid spilled everywhere and ruined the powder. The item is not eligible for return or exchange so I wasted money and couldn’t even try the product.
