Ube Extract by Butterfly 2 oz

Used it to make ube halaya, previously did not have any for my first time making it and it absolutely stepped up the flavor and especially color. Very small bottle but that's all you need because of how potent it is! Be careful not to spill it though, its very thin and can leave some super hard to remove stains. They're not impossible to remove but its a very high quality extract that has a LOT of color in it.

It taste so good and smells like Ube. It came on time and it's a strong color for my coffee. A little goes a long way when I mix with my plant base creamer. Perfect for coffee.

Definitely a wonderful tasting product the texture was lovely a great ingredient to use for making that purple that everybody likes easy to use worth the price the quality was wonderful

It has a nice nutty flavor. But in single serving lattes, two drops is enough. Otherwise, it has an aftertaste.

I'm mostly disappointed in the packaging of this item. The extract is very hard to pour out to use, it would be better in some kind of bottle with a dropper. It gets all over the side of the bottle and will stain your skin. I also found that I needed to use a lot to get the Ube flavor, and this product did not mix well with dairy products.

I feel like it should come with a dropper or the bottle should be designed differently to better get the product out. The color is very strong because the product is full of food dye. It stains so be careful and always have a paper towel down underneath it. It does smell of ube and has the faintest taste of it. You get what you pay for and this is very cheap so I would say it’s worth it for the price.
