Worth it!
I have been using faber castell polychromos for almost 4 years now, so purchased this luminance black to give it a try and see if it is really worth ₹360 for just a single pencil! After comparing it to polychromos the results were as expected!it is slightly better in terms of smoothness, vibrant color and creamy texture. I must say it is totally worth it but yes expensive on the other side.

Good but too expensive . Derwent black pencil is better, and lower priced.
No need telling that Caran D’ache pencil is really good. But at ₹360 a pencil, not really worth it.Especially since I find Derwent’s black colour pencil, especially Derwent Lightfast or Derwent Drawing/Artist pencil better. And lower priced. But while Derwent pencils are more precise (and have deeper pigments), the Caran D’ache pencil does layer better and leaves more pigments on the paper thanks to it’s wax based core.
