almost cakie texture lacking flavour
cross between shortcake and cakie texture ... not the best ginger flavour. 90% broken into small pieces.

These biscuits do not remotely taste of ginger. That taste it’s be easy to put in yet these GINGER biscuits are tasteless and the texture is poor, I shall never buy the again and shall avoid the brand into the bargain. Very disappointing!!
