Solid stand, small package, totally reliable
I have a ridiculous number of guitar stands, but I saw this one at a jam. Looked it over carefully and really liked it, so I ordered one. It comes in a surprisingly small package, and folds up easily for portability. It holds whatever you put in it, and it's dependable, which is everything.I even considered buying several more to replace my other conventional stands. Love it.

Great Stand! Low center of gravity.
I love this new stand. It's small and portable, yet built like a tank. The weight is almost all against the ground, making tipping this stand over more difficult than it is with most portable stands (looking at you, Proline). On top of all that, there's still enough clearance for my ToneWood Amp to stay mounted on the back of my guitar, a must if you've ever heard one! My new favorite portable stand, kudos Hercules!

Great option if you need a stand that's sturdy and portable.
Great for this kind of stand. Folds up to almost fit in my hand. There is still nothing keeping a guitar from getting knocked over from side to side. It does the job.

Guitar holders upside down
Update: The seller didn't want to recognize the lousy product even though I sent him a picture circling the defects. In the end, I figured it out. After I swapped the left and right arms, it now works as it should. Was it a defect? Hmm. Once corrected, the product is very solid and compact when folded. So, I am updating the rating to 4. I don't forgive the seller, hence not 5. By the way, it took a long time to get it (from UK?) even though the price was excellent compared to US stores for the same product.A few days ago:This is a case of utterly failed quality control. The guitar holders are assembled upside down, so I had to return it.

Compact and sturdy
I wanted to find a compact folding guitar stand that would fit into my equipment bag. This stand is very compact, but is well built and holds my guitar securely. I used to have to make several trips back and forth between by truck and the stage. Now all I carry is my guitar and a small gig bag.

Excellent compact stand
This is an exceptionally smart design for a folding compact stand. Really sturdy, I own 5 of the other Hercules stands and this is a good alternative.
