These are a must have. I over load on these which during Covid this is how my hair looked in 2020…couldn’t go to the salon and get the blonde so I decided I would just stop going to and I never went back … loaded up on biotin, started wearing headbands to grow out my layers, used organic hair color and my hair went from shoulder length layered and damaged to mid back in no time for the first time in my life. I swear by these biotin vitamins n I won’t stop taking them.

Good tasting. Soft and gummy. Easy to chew and not hard. Two gummies in the morning and I can definitely see differences in mail strength. My hair also seems healthier.
