My 2 year old loves this story. A lot of these Little Golden Books that are based on movies suffer, because they take a 2 hour movie and try (usually not very successfully) to condense it into a much shorter book. This one is an original (I think?) story featuring all of your child's favorite Toy Story characters. The story is cute and engaging and my son loves hearing it. A winner!

My 3 year old son loves Toy Story, and anything Toy Story related. He especially likes Rex (he's a dinosaur fanatic) so this book was perfect for him since it stars Rex. The art is beautiful, lots of vibrant colors, and includes the "sound effects" in text form using a font that helps indicate what it would sound like. My son loves this part because he likes to add the sounds while we read the book.

Golden Books will never be out. Bought this one along with 2 other Toy Story Golden Books for my nephews, they might not appreciate the nostalgia for many more year but they loved “the dinosaur”!Arrived safely packaged in excellent condition.

I'll be honest, Grandpa didn't think much of this story, but I'm not really the target audience, am I? My soon-to-be 3-year-old grandson is a big fan of the "Toy Story" franchise and he can't get enough of Woody and Buzz. The illustrations are great, but there is a bit too much text on some pages to hold little ones' attention. However, I find that if I use a variety of voices for each of the characters and provide a suitably dramatic reading, my grandson is quite entertained with this story. RECOMMENDED

Another great golden book. My kids love Toy Story so this was a great story for them. Keeps my 2 and 4 year olds attention. Pictures are so cute and the story is great too.

Golden books hold the gateway for you child to explore a written world of fantasy. I use these as bedtime stories to my children.
