Alcotec 24-hour Turbo Yeast, 205 grams (Pack of 3)

As I write, I'm using this as a supplement to yeast saved from a previous batch. I used about 40g in a 5 1/2 gal mash. It took off after about 12 hours and has been fermenting vigorously and steadily for about 72 hours now, I have every expectation of a higher than average yield. I decided to try this in place of adding just plain yeast and nutrient, and I think I will stick to this process.

This yeast will produce the best and fastest results period14% in 24 hours- when it clears, it is very smooth. If you are looking for a fast and high yield, this is the best product I feel is available.Being creative, Alcotec-24 has made some very nice mixtures for me personally, and if I want a high ball drink, it suits...Overall- I think that this is the best choice of all

Works well, like most turbo's I've tried it takes up to twice as long as they say but I expected that. I prefer the 48 Hour over the 24 and the Pure most of all. Having said that this isn't bad if you are in a hurry. Polish a 2nd time helps a lot with the bitterness and yeasty flavors.
