Q: Do you have issues keeping the hot air balloon attached to the play set? If so do you have any suggestions on keeping it from constantly falling off

Yes and No. My kid just takes it off and put it’s on whenever she wants.

Q: How do you attach the hot air ballon? I can't find anyway to initially connect it. Thanks!

You fit the blue pole into the space on the top of the clubhouse. It just sits inside and often falls out. It doesn’t lock into place.

Q: We were sent two of the same pieces for the slide and can’t put it together. Does anyone know who to contact to get a replacement piece?

Seems to be an ongoing problem with this playset first we were missing the balloon part then I sent it back through Amazon and the 2nd time we got 2 Minnie's and no mickeys and the sound isn't good. I sent mine back through Amazon
