X-Dance® Portable Fitness Exercise Spinning and Stationary Chrome Pole Dance 45mm

This worked out AMAZINGLY!! I needed a transfer pole for my father, who is handicapped with having only one arm and for the most part is wheel chair bound. I looked at A LOT of medical supply stores and either found nothing or the pole couldn't be adjusted to the height of my dad's bathroom. SO, I looked for dance poles. I found this one, X-Dance Portable Fitness pole and it was PERFECT. I was afraid it would not support his weight going from a wheel chair to a standing position, then transferring to the commode. NOT A PROBLEM! The only thing we needed to add were non slip strips to the pole. His hand sometimes slips because the pole is a smooth chrome finish. So, we used non slip bathtub strips to wrap around the pole where he grabs it. Again, PERFECT! Who knew a dance pole had so many versatile uses? Even for an 86 year old man! He gets a kick out of telling people he has a stripper pole in his bathroom! ;-)

Easy to assemble and disassemble. Perfect thickness for easy practice. Super sturdy! Make sure pole is fully level with a leveler for a perfectly smooth spin. 2 people assembly. Need a screwdriver and step stool. Only issue is the top of the pole cover is a little too short leaving a gap. But for the price I can’t complain. Comes with carry bag, tools and extra extension for higher ceiling

Had a bit of a mix-up with the address, but it turned out to be my mistake and was quickly handled!The product itself turned out to be pretty fantastic. The bearing gives a smooth spin, and the pole is surprisingly sturdy. Just be sure to really tighten everything down to be extra safe. The instructions are pretty decent for figuring things out (hey I could do it, so it can't be that bad), and the whole thing even comes with a travel case for keeping everything organized should you need to tote it around.Two things of note: One, this pole is kinda slippery. Be sure to give it a good scrub with some diluted alcohol. Two, be cautious with your momentum if you're used to slower spinning poles. The bearing on this one is really nice, so you can get spinning pretty darn fast if you aren't careful. Just be sure to use a little caution at first until you get used to it, and then it's really fun! C:

I may update if they get back to me with better instructions but we’ll see how long and if that happens.They sent a literal blank DVD for set up, the instructions are so simple and I tried to watch the YouTube video but it doesn’t exist anymore. Basically a waste of time make sure to buy a pole that actually has detailed instructions so you’re able to put it together instead of spending 2 days trying to figure it out like I did

I bought this pole in February of 2018, now it’s september of 2018 and my pole is bent in the middle where the poles connect and chipping. My legs are getting cut and I’m worried the pole is gonna snap in half. I used it every day for a good 6 months, and over all I haven’t had a single problem until now. So if you’re looking for a starter pole, this would work perfect.. but you’ll have to replace it within a year if you decide to continue the hobby.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It is a tension rod type, so you don't have to drill holes into your ceiling and for me ( I'm 118 lbs.) I haven't had any issues at all with it feeling loose or like it will fall. You have to take out the pin so that it will spin. It was very easy to set up. It also comes with a really cool carrying case so you can take it somewhere with you or store it safely when you're not using it. It also comes with a little DVD too. The one that that really bothered me the most was right on the box it was shipped in had large capital letters that said "DANCE POLE CHROME" on it. So there is absolutely no discretion from the seller with this box. That was very awkward picking up from the FedEx office.

The media could not be loaded. If you’re contemplating starting pole do it! You won’t regret it, and I’m so happy with this! I’m a baby poler and this is a great pole to start on, having both static and spin is great for learning. I’m confident that it won’t budge as I start more powerful spins and inverts. Only con is that putting it together took some brain power because the directions didn’t help a lot but two cups of coffee later and I did it!

Somewhat easy to install. Sometimes the main pole will lossen up when in use. Other then that works great! Difficult to get down without some help.The one thing that I wasn’t happy about was that the box was damaged, the box had foot prints all over it like no one cared if it was damaged. Luckily the box took most of the heat. But my pole is bent in some parts..it’s like it has stress fractures. my husband managed to find a way to fix it. Last thing! it comes with a crome/sliver bottom base not blue. Was slightly disappointing but great pole if it doesn’t get ragged on before arriving.
