Pretty sure I found my calming vice.
This is a new way of calming down for me. I all of a sudden became sensitive to your other calm me down products. I don’t drink alcohol for my own health choices. CBD THC pretty much anything the average person would use to calm down with has an adverse effect on me. So I did research and came upon this. VALERIAN ROOT.I’ve only used it three different days and it truly works. It calms you down as far as anxiety or panic feeling. Like any other method of calming this does the trick.I did find I took it too many times one day and couldn’t snap out of the slow motion mode. Therefore causing me to be sleepy. It is all natural and pretty decent price with the taste not bad either. It would last a month if you use as you are directed to.I suppose depending on your own needs.Do your own research B. C. Earthy smell for sure!
Very earthy smell but haven’t really tried it so far. I have to read the directions a little more before I try it.

1. ease into using it. 2. start with small dose. 3. takes time to get going. 4. take with plain yogurt if it upsets your stomach. and/or after dinner. 5. i don't like the taste. i use additional flavoring. so i'm picky but it does what the herb has done for millennia. 6. make sure your care providers know you are taking this herbal supplement. 7. make sure it will not interfere with other supplements or meds or vitamins you are taking.

Bad product
This valerian root extract smelled like mold and tasted like mold. Unfortunately, for me, there is no return on this product which in and of itself doesn’t seem right.. I haven’t read up as to why there’s no return on this product, but I plan to contact the manufacturer and let them know the product tasted bad and smelled bad also, like mold!

Sleep through the night
This works well. Use small doses, it doesn’t take much and you will go through it fast if you dose to much. 1/4 of the dropper is a big dose.
