If you give it a few minutes to be sure it’s completely dry it should not transfer to clothing. It didn’t get on mine

Will this cover knuckle tattoos for 12 hour shifts of hands on sweaty work? Get laser but obviously thats not overnight process.

It will not completely cover tattoos. I have multiple hand tattoos and finger tattoos and it will show through, even with using extra cover up. Don’t waste your money.
