Does this have molybdenum in it?

I don't believe so, the whole point is to add mechanical friction by using suspended metallic particles. The goo takes up all the voids between the driver and the fastener hence adding grip, not adding lubrication.

Will this work on Allen screws?

Yes this works well on all screw types particularly Allen screws.

Does this work for laptop 2mm and 3mm screws?

Yes it absolutely does. I never wait until those cheap little screws strip before I use EZ Grip Friction Drops when I'm working on devices. Just put a little of the drops on the driver head, press hard and turn. Keep a little bit of the Friction Drops on the head of the driver, just enough that you can feel it with your fingers while you loosen and torque down the screws. Get the Standard Grade as it is a little cheaper if you are NOT working on aircraft. Thanks for the question. Larry
