Q: Why does it turn off and on by itself even though it’s fully charged?

Hi there. I have found that if anything touches it (like a cord, paper, your phone or anything that might be on my night stand will make it come on once i made sure nothing else was around the light it works well with just the slightest touch of my finger.

Q: I am traveling to europe and i want to take the lamp with me. is this dual voltage. will it be ok to charge there?
