Sleep aid without painkillers
I like Tylenol PM when traveling to help with sleep and jet lag. This is the same sleep medicine without the Tynenol. Works for me but I know it doesn’t work for everyone. Non-habit forming.

Arrived fast. Does the job without making me feel drowsy or hungover the next day. I do have weird dreams when I take these though.

… and counting. I never want to be without them. One a night is plenty.

Great for occasional use but not every night.
Bought these to help with a sleeping issue when I have Chemo the next day. Work well for me. I have a long drive from home to treatment center and I need to be well rested. My son has had sleeping issues as well and will use these rarely but when needed. He will usually take Z Quill but takes one when he has had a stressful day working. NOT recommended for nightly use though.
