Q: Can I paint this to match a wall color?

I would think if you painted the weather stripping, it would become stiff when the paint dried and this would defeat the purpose of weather stripping.

Q: Is it UV resistant (sun exposure) for ouy door use on a greenhouse?

No. If the seal does not get exposed to sunlight for a long time, it would still take a while for it to disintegrate. I had a piece of it hanging outside of my spare bedroom door to the element for a couple of years now and the glue is no longer sticking. The tube hardened but the strip as a whole did not disintegrate. It is reasonably priced so I don't worry too much. I bought various brands on Amazon, and can't tell the difference. Just buy the cheapest one per unit length. Good luck

Q: Can this be used for the back of a license plate to prevent plate from flapping in the wind and damaging paint?

I'm sure that it could be used for that.
