Will this product adhere to Butyl Rubber coatings?

If the butyl is properly prepared, yes it will.

Can I use this to bond a large sheet of epdm to another large sheet of epdm?

What is the prep for use on concrete?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Etch the concrete, rinse and allow to dry completely. Prime with Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer at 1 gallon per 175-200 sq ft and allow to dry. Use Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile applied via the 3-course-method to reinforce corners, joints/seams, cracks, around protrusions, etc. Apply 3-4 coats allowing each coat to dry between applications.
