This is a wonderful way to get a good workout at home. It doesn't take up much room and is easily folded up. I am in my 80's. I've been working out on it for 4 1/2 months now and have more muscles than I ever had in the past. My body feels awake. I exercise 3 or 4 times a week. I don't like going to a gym and this works out just as well, if not better.

Perfect for my wife and I who are in physical therapy and need to have a low impact means of working out.Not the easiest to set up and I would have preferred a much larger foot base. But nothing I can’t modify.

I've been using this machine for over a month, it is giving me a decent workout routine. I had to get away from free weights to due the strain on my joints so I am giving this a try. I must say It dues challenge me a bit and it is giving me what I need at the moment.
