I gave this as a gift to my coworker for secret Santa. She loves it! The first one did arrive damaged with scratches on the picture, but the people at amazon sent me a new one the next day! The next one that arrived was perfect. The picture and colors are so vibrant. It changes from black to color very quickly.

Purchased as a Christmas gift, so I was pretty disappointed to see the recipient open the gift, only to find a chip on the mug. The mug was shipped with a few other things and none of them were damaged, neither was the box. This leads me to believe that the mug was chipped on the bottom, BEFORE being shipped to me.

Picture and colors are vivid.

The picture requires supper hot water before it turns and the handle remains black. The picture is very detailed but it’s not the idea I had in mind. The beverage doesn’t stay very warm in the cup either.
