I actually like this dryer. My granddaughter got a Dyson for Christmas and no comparison, but hey, this one is less than 1/10 the price and works very well. I had been using a practically antique hairdryer that was drying and damaging my hair and making it look dull. I hoped the ion tech in a newer dryer would help & it definitely has. Also this dryer never feels like the air output is too hot but it drys my hair very efficiently. Dont get me wrong, it is plenty warm on highest setting. It looks cute, too, with the pink accent. I will mention that when I first received it, I thought it was broken because it would only blow cool air. I soon realized that the coolshot button stays in when you push it so you dont have to hold it continuously while using it. Then just push it again to release. This was different than other dryers I've used and I like it very much. My only complaint with this dryer is that the attachments dont stay securely, in my experience. I may be doing something wrong again!UPDATE 1/30/21: Changed rating to 5 stars because as I suspected it was my ineptness with attachments rather than manufacturers. I finally figured out to turn counterclockwise to firmly seat tabs on concentrator nozzle behind flanges on hair dryer! So all good now! Nice, inexpensive dryer!

Great product! Bought in July 2021 and lasted until Feb 2025 - powerful, compact, excellent cooling button, and helpful attachment for straightening long wavy hair. Quiet, balanced weight, and fast dry time (2-5 min depending on hair length/product).

Stopped working after about a month of use, out of nowhere, sort of short-circuited while I was using it, and I was not using it for a long time, maybe 5 minutes.A slight burning smell had been noticeable while using it the last couple of times, which was concerning because I never use it for more than 5ish minutes at a time (I have fine hair and I just dry them quick, I never do a complex styling), and only about twice a week on the weekend (this was my second hair dryer for when I spend the weekend over at my boyfriend’s, so I only used it on the weekend). It was a struggle to get a refund given that the product stopped working past the return window. This is really not worth it, this must be very badly made with cheap parts. I was taking great care of it, storing it in a dry and neutrally tempered area of the bathroom, inside a drawer, I never dropped it and it was never wet. It just was defective after a month.I also didn’t like the attachments for the front as they wouldn’t stay on for long, they would just get undone while in use, they were not secured in place when you would attach them. This was all around a bad product and I warn you not to bother buying it.

After using this product for the last 3 years, I highly recommend. It dries my hair in minutes leaving it shiney — which I never thought was possible! It is lightweight and well designed. The cord seems longer than most other hairdryers, which is a plus for me.

I purchased this November 7. In January it stopped working while drying my hair and has not worked since. I have tried repeatedly to talk with customer service about this, it’s frustrating and after many attempts I have stopped trying. I like this machine, would like it replaced. This dryer has its pros and it's cons.. here's my honest feedback.First the cons.1:DESIGN.Looking at this dryer you'd, like me, assume that the pink part was the front. Right? It looks that way. But it's not. So my first use, I turned it on to dry my hair and the fan sucked my hair in. Ouch. The black end is in fact where the air blows hot. So, be careful of this small, but painful detail.2: THE FAN.The fan is STRONG. It will still sucks my hair in at least once while doing my hair no matter what I try. I can't get around it. My hair is very long. And it blows so hard, it's sucks my hair in the other end. Even if just a few strands at a time.3: HEAT.This dryer has incredibly low heat. It's like a luke warm breeze. That means it takes awhile to dry my hair fullyPros.STURDY:This dryer feels sturdy. It fits nicely in my hand. The cord is super thick and heavy duty. Feels high quality. The overall colors are cute as well.POWER: This dryer blows HARD. It's not very warm, but it does have a lot of power.Overall, I would NOT buy this again.
