Cover FX shimmer veil goes on moist/wet and dries ~ no smudging! Images are from applying a single coat to my eyelids. Very bright and shimmery easy to apply. You can blend it with a brush or even your fingertips if you are adding over other eyeshadows to create a more dramatic look. Decent sized tube and with one coat coverage like this it is bound to last a good while. If you want a more intense look, you can build and add additional layers after your base coat dries. It is also a vegan product if considering gifting and that is a concern. Small sized package that packs a big punch.

The product is useful and effective...

I thought it was more of a neutrl color but it was like bam bright...i thought it was a lip gloss but definitely would be better as a shimmery eye shadow for fall

The product seemed a bit dry - however it blended beautifully and provided great pigment and longevity. Will by again in other colors!

This is the prettiest eyeshadow I’ve ever had. It is super shimmery and makes the top part of your eye lid look perfect! I have it in almost every color, but the amethyst is my fav!!

The tube of makeup I received was completely dried out and empty. No product in it.
