It says 3x larger it means bigger

Is this only for the face? For example, could it be used to clear chest acne?

It wouldn't cause any harm to use this on your chest (your face is more sensitive) but this is NOT an acne cream. I would advise you to seek advice from your GP!

This is a lively rich cream that is best used at night. I love it as it really does help reduce my wrinkles.
