However, you are welcome to experiment with the oven and use it to make other baked goods. Please do keep in mind that the mouth of the oven measures 13.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall. Whatever food you choose to bake should be smaller than the mouth of the oven so that you can easily get the food in and out. We do carry Pizzacraft PC0231 Aluminum Folding Pizza Peel which should make it easier to place and remove food. If you decide to purchase the oven, it may be worth considering the peel. Check out heating instructions that come with your pizza, and also keep in mind these tips for heating any pizza in the Stovetop Pizza Oven:--Preheat oven at least 10 minutes with door closed.--Run burner on high when preheating and cooking.--Use peel no wider than 12 inch to insert and remove pizza.--Turn pizza 180 degrees halfway through cook time.The pizza stone inside the Pizzeria Pronto Stovetop Pizza Oven has a 12-inch diameter and can fit a pizza up to that size.
