I used to get my pool's muriatic acid from a local pool supply store, but the slightly lower price and the convenience of having 4 gals delivered to my door made this product attractive. As I maintain my pool myself, rather than having a weekly pool service, I always dreaded the application of the acid to the pool because of the very strong odor. However, with this product, there is no odor that I detect, and the product seems to do what it ought to do. I recommend this for anyone who services their own pool.

Don't know yet. Very heavy for me. Had to have husband put in garage. Will buy one by one or to to Lowes. Haven't used it yet although it is a month overdue.Sorry to say product is not even close to what I ordered long time ago. Now stuck with product I didn't order & its over due. Would I buy it again? I think not.

This was first time using muriatic acid in my pool. I know the fumes can be pretty strong from what I’ve read, but I did not notice anything with this Acid Blue. I added to my pool while diluting in a bucket with water and then poured it into my pool being careful every step. This worked perfectly for my pool and lowered my PH. I used an entire gallon over 2 days in my ~ 32K gallon pool. My PH got up to 8.1 while I was away and I wanted to bring it down a little at a time. I will continue to use Acid Blue and recommend this muriatic acid.

I have tried so many muriatic acids for my pool, most have an overwhelming smell. I happened upon this brand and it is the only brand that I like now. There is no smell and if you happen to splash it on your skin a bit-it doesn't irritate like many others have.

This is a weak product. I did used all 4 gallons at ones and got a negative result .
