Worked Well But Used at High Rate
Bought this to attach to hose and wash down my outboard and boat. Somewhat surprised at the rate that it depleted the Salt Away. Not upset, just surprised it didn't last longer. No obvious way to adjust consumption rate

I added an "outside" water flush system to my boat. This little gadget makes it so easy to flush with salt-free after each use. Great item.

Works for bleaching RV lines
If you own a RV you know bleaching you water lines yearly is recommended. This tool make the process super easy. Simply put bleach in the cup, connect one end to a garden hose, connect the other end directly to the RV, and your good to go. I filled the cup about half way with bleach and went to it. The outside connection did leak a little, but I only need to run the bleaching process for about 5 min to get bleach in the lines and then we are done. Once water comes out each faucet (hot and cold side) I let them sit for about 5 min then run a little more water and let sit again. This way I keep injecting fresh bleach into the system. This is definitely the easiest way to bleach the lines and cheapest. If you use your freshwater tank for drydocking, you will still need to fill your fresh tank and add bleach to sanitize, but we never dry dock so direct connection is fine for us.

Poorly designed product for the consumers
There is an O-ring to keep the canister from leaking the product. There is nothing to hold the O-ring in and it’s easily lost. This is a win-win for the manufacturer because you have to buy a new device because they do not sell a replacement O-ring. Also, product is wasted from the leaking canister causing you have to buy the product sooner than later.The blue valve knob at the top of the canister that allows the product to be mix or fresh water only, is difficult to turn. With the canister removed, I added a couple drops of 3 in 1 oil to the under side of the valve assembly around the yellow valve piece. Once I rotated the blue know a few times to work the oil into the valve assembly, it turned much easier.

Works but not super durable.
I bought one about a year ago, and the bottom casing cracked. I chocked it up to being abused and dropped by me. I bought another one and after like 4 uses the blue part that the hose threads into, blew out of the fitting and I am outside the return window with amazon. Going to try for replacement from Star-Brite. There are other brands that are in the $40-$60 that are way higher quality
