Beyond my expectation
To be honest it's not what I expected but turned out to be beyond my expectation as I'm on a high protein diet, it's defatted and very high in protein. Beware if you're on keto diet cause this is probably not for you. Other than that the taste is good and the price is alright.

I used the flour in a cake recipe. It gave the cake a nice flavour .

Defatted super fine flour (not ground hazelnuts!)
I am not sure what to use it for. my original intention was to use it for hazelnut macaroons, but this flour is super fine and defatted. I cannot think of a recipe that will go well with it. Tried making pancakes but they didn’t taste right. Maybe good for cakes?

This isn’t ground hazelnuts!
Don’t make the same mistake as I did - bought this for making a nut cake. It took me two spectacular failures (and wasted time/ingredients) to realise it was this ingredient and not my technique. Also - very dark colour, does it include skins? How is it milled?

Beware, it's defated ground hazelnuts!
It is a really good product, full of flavor BUT beware that it is defated! It wasn't written anywhere here, I discover that once I got it. I didn't want to use it for any kind of diet plan, just for some normal pastry, so I had to add some fat (butter or oil) to adjust. A bit annoying but quality and taste compensate!

Beware, this is a low fat nut flour!
Beware! It doesn't say anywhere on the listing that the ground hazelnuts are "defatted"! I needed this for a keto fat bomb recipe, but instead I will have to supplement with oil, as it only has a measly 6.7 % fat. Not sure why this is not made clear in the listing!

Taste of cardboard box .... horrible
Its taste like a cardboard unfortunately just open a bag and found out . DON'T RECOMMEND IT.
