Outstanding discs and programs

I wasn't aware that I was purchasing this product from the UK. Luckily, my portable DVD player that attaches to my laptop can play these disks (I just use an HDMI cable so I can watch it on the TV), so please keep this in mind if purchasing from the US!

Was super excited that the DVD set arrived before Christmas. Great gift for my daughter. However when we decided to watch it, come to find out the DVD couldn’t be played in our Sony DVD player. Wrong region:(

Apparently, they only work in certain regions. These discs do not work in an American DVD player.

I was so excited to get the whole series of Gilmore Girls. Last night I put in a disc and it said it was unable to be played in my region. I tried multiple discs from multiple seasons in the series and they all said the same thing. Can't be played in my region? Oregon? USA? I have a standard DVD/Blue Ray player and I've never seen anything like that message. So sad :(
