Sennheiser CX 120BT Wireless Bluetooth in Ear Neckband Headphone with Mic (Black)

Was Scared to Buy.. As This Model of Sennheiser was so Cheap (Rs 1990.00) So Something Had to Be Wrong With It.. Right ?? Wrong !!Not For Bass-Heads.. Those Who Know Sennheiser Know This.. Rest Everybody Can Buy Without a Doubt.. Upgraded from Mi Sports Basic Wireless.. Those were Good too.. But These are a Class Apart.. Solid Build.. No Flimsy Wires.. Solid Sound.. Not Much Bass or Soundstage.. But Quality Sound especially Mids (The Lyrics are Crystal Clear).. Highs Good too.. Not Stellar but Still Pleasing.. Bass is There.. Not Overpowering but Adequate..Only Bluetooth Version is Old.. So takes a Couple of Seconds to Auto-Connect after Pairing.. But after that the Connection is Solid.. No Breaks while moving head like in Mi Basics.. Call Quality (Incoming Very Good & Outgoing Good).. Better Than my Mi Basics & JBL TWSSo All in All.. I'm More Than Happy.. Considering I Got Sennheisers under 2k !!! So Buy it Guys and Leave those Boats & Boults & Redmis Alone.. Why Buy a Maruti when you are getting a Mercedes at the same cost

I'll start with the design because it's one of my biggest complaint, the cable is too short, making the part that consists of the button and bluetooth hang right under your ear. Unlike other headphones where the cable is much longer, the parts with the buttons and bluetooth in it is able to rest around your neck while the headphone can be comfortably used, In these they hang right under your ear like an anchor meaning it will pull the earphone out your ear with rough movement (cardio unfriendly)Now for the sound, its unbelievable how sennheiser got it to sound incredible with its tiny size.The sound it produces leans more towards audiophile quality than it does to a more comfortable pleasant sound.Slightly higher mids, clear bass but lacks thump so it's more flatter in sound.Now the sound stage. WOW the sound is super wide,And your able to appreciate the each instrument with its proper sound imaging. Just mind blowing.Listening to psychedelic sounds,sounds/vocals with massive reverb and echo, nature sounds and anything that has wide stereo sound, this will take you to another realm.So to sum it up,Audiophiles will appreciate the sound alot more than regular listeners. Lacks thumping bass, replaced with low end clarity. Amazing sound stage. Below average design.Will update and add a couple tracks or genre's once I'm able to go thru my library.

It is a decent product with okay sound and basic bass. It does not provide noise cancellation though I was not expecting this feature at a cost of 1.5k. The drawback about it is that it is too short in length. A normal person will find it very difficult to wear it around their neck and many times it falls off from my ear. It is just 30 cm in length.

I bought Sennheiser CX120 bt earphone on amazon at price of Rs.1990 during offer. I am really a person who appreciates Sennheiser's signature bass driven stereo sound but this earphone completely disappointed me. Earlier I have used CX 180 steet 2 twice, CX 213 twice , CX275s from Sennheiser and my god they sounded heaven. I was really expecting the same with this earphone as it is also from Sennheiser family. I ignored the negative reviews due to my love towards Sennheiser and bought it but came to know later that those reviews were indeed honest. Although soundstage is wide but earphone completely lacks in lows, vocals are also not good. This earphone completely misses the base. Although I love earphone clearity over base I didn't like this earphone because it's not at all balanced, does not provides stereo effect. Most of all it misses it's true Sennheiser signature sound.I think Sennheiser should know better they are innovators and leaders in sound industry. This is not at all expected from industry experts. This earphone is kind of dull sound signature. I don't know on what basis Sennheiser is competing in this price segment with this piece of junk. It lacks all the features such as fast charging, larger battery life, magnetic earphone casing etc. Moreover middle button does not even pauses the song or any media. Only plus point is 2 year warranty from sennheiser. This is not at all expected from sennheiser

Been using it for more than 2 years.Not a single issue till date.Sounds quality good.Connectivity with both laptop and mobile at same time.Comfort level is good can use it while laying down in bed.Durability - not even a single cut.Charge in 2 hrs work for 6-8 hrs.

I consider this a wireless cousin of CX275s which I have been using for the past 5 years.The package comes with a older type A USB charging cable(would have been if USB C), two different sized ear tips and a user manual.Simple and efficient packaging, although I miss the faux leather pouch the other Sennheiser earphones used to come with.Coming to the sound quality, I still have to break this in but intial impressions are good to say the least. Build quality is great, better than the pathetic wires CX275s has. It's kind of tangle proof and thicker.The battery life is about 5 hours for me, although Sennheiser claims it to be six, -1 star for that.I got it for 2.7k during the Prime Day sale with the 10% cashback on the credit card.The product page contains reviews of CX275s, CX180 and so on.
