Absolutely of no use
This product is of no use... in the description its written it comes with 6 intense sticks but we received none, also the intense sticks just dont work if if close it with lid... just good looks with 0 use.

Good but not great to use.
The product looks exotic however the incense sticks, if not dead straight will dangle to the sides and the agarbatti does not burn fully. This happens always.

Beautifully crafted stand with minimal spillage. Very easy to clean. Love this product and excellent packaging

No bade plate and it's released white color
This product is rich in quality however it did not include base to hold agarbati, it's just like cover. As per pic it must contain holder too bt I did not receive it. I liked so did not return.Also, after using it almost for 10 days it's becoming black from top.
