Q: Will this hold up to full time wear?

No, the rubber is too soft. It wears through at the bottom of the steel toe and splits up the side. I got 3 months of use out of them.

Yes it does. I wear a size 9 in women’s and had to get the yellow toed ones. My son wears a size 11 1/2 and had to get the blue toed ones

The TurboToe with the yellow toe cap is sized Medium. The sizing is Men's shoe size 8-9 and Women's shoe size 10-11. As is states on the back of the bag, 'Can be comfortably worn over low-heel footwear, dress shoes, running shoes and most boots.'
