Update a couple weeks in: still great and no irritation on super sensitive ears. Have had a few compliments ♥️ redness went away after tugging on them to put them in.So patience IS key. A second set of eyes and hands would be helpful. TWIST to open yep that works. Because they are so small and shiny it’s hard to see how close you are at connecting the ends together so that was the real challenge. Pull push on and twist off. Cute and exactly what I wanted. Will update later when I’ve worn them a while

I purchased two sets of these earrings nearly 3 years ago and have worn them everyday since. They have not warped in shape despite me being a very restless sleeper, they haven't changed color despite going into chlorinated pools and the ocean with me, and they even went into an MRI machine without incident. As someone who's allergic to nearly all metals, these earrings have been wonderful. They don't irritate my skin, they're so lightweight I don't even think about them most of the time, and I never have to worry about them falling out.I do agree with the other reviewers who've said that these earrings are hard to put in. My trick for getting them in is to gently twist them to the side so they make a spiral shape, slide them onto the earlobe sideways, stretch the earlobe as much as you can, and then glide the earring towards the hole. When the post catches on the hole, rotate the earring so it's facing forward instead of sideways and then, voila! The hardest part for me is fitting the post into the hoop so it's locked into place. I find it easiest to close my eyes and just go by feel. For some reason, trying to see what I'm doing just makes it so much harder! As soon as I close my eyes, though, it suddenly becomes quite easy: you just need to feel the post hit the hoop, pull back a tiny bit, move in the direction of the hoop, and let go. Open your eyes and check to see if you got it. If not, try again.For those wondering about fit on an adult's earlobe: the two sizes I got are 12mm and 10mm. There is a gap between my earlobe and the metal on the 12mm hoop while the 10mm hoop hugs my earlobe snuggly without squeezing it.

They came to my home perfect, in a nice cute lil box looked just as I expected. I have bought baby hoops for many yrs. bc of the fact I have many piercings and they are the most comfortable, stylish option. Providing these are genuine gold and in the future I will not have issues w/fading. They are not easy to get in but if you twist & not pull apart you will have successfully application. Once inserted leave them alone and they and you should be fine. I absolutely luv them. EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR

I ordered and received these earrings in just 1 day...amazing!! They arrived and looked exactly as advertised - 10mm 14kt yellow gold. It took manners (please go in, please close) and about 15 mins, but I got both earrings in my 2nd and 3rd lobe piercings. Super small and lightweight...should make side sleeping a comfortable breeze. So far, I've only had them in for 1 hour, but I can't feel them at all. They are very thin, so take care when handling them.

Beautiful item, but somewhere should be mentioned they would best fit on an infant I had to return them.

It's perfect. Size, craftsmanship, box.The only dislike is in the way that the closure is designed. Take quite control to lock in place the closure.
