An Expat's dream!
I'm originally from Ontario, Canada and one of my all time favorite Canadian snacks is Lays Ketchup Chips. I lived in Michigan as well for a time, and Windsor was just a short trip away to get my fix, however, once I moved to SoCal, I had all but given up until I came across this Ketchup powder. It is PERFECT to add to plain chips!! It coats SO well. The flavor is very tart and 'puckery' as my husband calls it. It has that awesome vinegar sourness to it that I can't get enough of! My husband said he wished it was just a tad sweeter, however, I think it is amazing as is. Overall, this is a wonderful replacement for the ketchup flavored chips I have missed for so long! Don't hesitate, buy it now!! This even makes your fingers red so you know it's legit ;)If you found this review and picture helpful in making a decision regarding purchasing this product, please let me know below :)

Ketchup chips problem finally solved
Ok I live in Michigan I discovered Ketchup chips in Canada. Even though I am close to Michigan they are difficult to find or get. I can get Herr's etc but they are expensive once in a while I run into them in a store. I usually stock up on them. Well this solves the problem I can now buy regular chips and add the Ketchup seasoning to the chips. This isn't going to be for everyone on but if you are among those that love ket9chips but have trouble getting them this solves the issue.

Part of my rock collection.
I live in a place where it's always humid. I live near the ocean.I bought these and enjoyed them a few times. It's a great product. If you live somewhere dry then you should totally get these. If my first sentence resonates with you in mysterious ways, then you can get these, but I'd also get an airtight container. See, the water got to mine. The water in the air. I no longer have a powder. I have a sparkling red rock collection.I know that this is partly my fault, but there are other containers that I've gotten that don't have this problem. I'm just trying to save you some disappointment.

Just like my favorite Old Dutch Ketchup Chips!! Canadian Ketchup Flavor!
I am a huge fan of Old Dutch Ketchup Potato Chips from Canada, I grew up with them and have been so bummed that they never caught on in the US, even after 52 years! This stuff is overwhelming on its own but it really does taste like the powder on the chips. Great on popcorn. Might be weird to anyone who is not familiar with the flavor -- it's ketchup but salty and vinegary too. Can't really compare it to any "normal" food!

Wow! Real Ketchup Chips in the U.S. w/o Insane Prices.
Canadian-American here and one who misses the bold flavours of Canadian Chips. Decided to give this a try and wow, this is the sort of strong flavouring I grew up with. Absolutely love it! Works great with a thin, American market Salt & Vinegar chip and/or a lighlty salted chip.I suspect that if the various companies who test-marketed rather weak Ketchup chips in the U.S. had turned to this stronger flavour, Ketchup Chips would be in every store. (One can only hope for the future.)
