Iris Ohyama Woozoo Table Fan: Tiny Fan, Mighty Breeze!
I ended up buying this fan in both white and black for different areas of my house, and I honestly think it might be one of my best purchases yet. It’s compact, easy to move around, and powerful enough to cool down a good-sized room. The design is sleek and minimal, so it fits into any room without standing out too much, just quietly getting on with the job of keeping me cool! With three speeds to choose from, it’s got just the right range. The lowest setting is perfect for a gentle breeze while you’re working, and the highest gives you a surprising burst of cool air that’s perfect for summer. It’s also incredibly quiet, ideal for using in a bedroom if you want a cool, calm environment without any whirring or humming. I was shocked at how something this small could be so effective; you’d think a fan this size wouldn’t be up for the job, but the Woozoo proves that size isn’t everything!Whether you’re working, reading, or just lounging around, this fan is the perfect companion for keeping any space comfortable. If you’re looking for a portable, effective, and surprisingly strong little fan, the Iris Ohyama Woozoo is a win.

Decent, quiet fan
I bought the PCF-HE18 to be used as a personal desk fan, paying £13.37 for a "Used - Like New" Amazon Warehouse deal. The product description says it is W28.2 × D21.6 × H28.7 cm, which is accurate, so make sure to measure your space before buying. The fan is not silent. Any fan that advertises itself as silent is lying, as it's impossible to have a silent fan. However, I would say this fan is quiet compared to other fans of a similar size, with a lower frequency hum which allows it to blend more easily into the background. No strange clicks or whining during operation. The noise to airflow ratio is impressive as I feel it puts out more air whilst being quieter than other fans. I did notice that the air movement is very direct and channelled, instead of some fans' more cone-shaped air movement which may be attributed to the "patented three-dimensional wings".Build quality feels good. Although it is made of mainly plastic, it doesn't feel flimsy at all. The dial on the back is chunky, and easy to turn. The fan itself can be hand-turned 360 degrees up and down, with 20 positions to choose from (18 degrees between each click). Clicks feel solid and reassuring. The manual only gives instructions on how to clean the exterior of the fan. There are screws in the back that seem to hold the two hemisphere grilles together, but it does not tell you to open the fan for cleaning. I saw another review saying they had tried multiple screwdrivers and could not open it regardless. They appear to be regular Phillips-head screws, so they may be glued/thread-locked to prevent opening if the other reviewer could not open it. I have not tried myself yet.Iris Ohyama is a Japanese company, and I do have a soft spot for Japanese goods as they are typically well-designed with decent performance. This particular product is made in China (which does not automatically mean inferior build quality, contrary to popular belief), and I guess only time will tell to see if it holds up. I will be editing this review if anything takes a turn for the worse, but so far it feels like it will last for a long time.Overall happy with this product. Managed to get it at a great price as well.

Good
This fan has great air flow and is nice and quiet. Way more bulky than expected though.

Amazing fan!
I couldn’t fault this fan, it’s the best budget fan we’ve ever bought. The noise level is what you’d expect from a fan of this price I wouldn’t say it’s quiet but it’s not loud, we have it in our babies room and she sleeps perfectly fine with it on we have it on setting 1 for her. It puts out a great focused breeze and the higher power settings are brilliant you can feel it on the other side of the room! The look of it is also great, the size is quite big you’d need a good bit of surface area for the stand and we do wish it came as a floor stand version but it’s a brilliant fan! We’d buy it again for our room but we unfortunately don’t have the space to put it. I’d definitely recommend this.

Value of Money and good design
I was looking for a cheap, but powerful circulator.Iris Ohyama is Japanese company and the company produces many different type of circulator in Japan.I checked Japanese version website and read reviews. Review seems to be very good and customers like it. There are 2 sizes and I ordered bigger one - according to recommendation.Airflow is very good and it is not noisy, comparing to my electric floor fun ( Honeywell)Only problem is, it might be too big for desk or table. if you want to use for a desk, it might be better to buy smaller size. Otherwise, I am very happy to buy cute circulator.

Powerful but too loud
Works really well and great for daytime. However it was just too loud for me when I was trying to fall asleep with it on.
