My tank stands 23" high and 15.5" wide. It is sitting on the provided base.

Q: This tank will work if i use it with the valve facing up, but will there be any negative affects to the bladder if i use it in this orientation?

Mine has been valve up since I got it, still works great. I'm pretty sure it can't and doesn't make a difference.
