We had an issue with one battery in our original order not charging. I reached out to the seller through Amazon and after sending proof that it wasn't working, they sent us a return label. As soon as we received our refund we order the exact same thing and have had no issues.

Really satisfied with the product and speed in which it arrived.
These batteries are for my DJI Phamtom 4 Pro V2.0 and they are exactly what I ordered and came quickly. I am pleasantly surprised.

Flawed return policy if a battery is bad
Fair warning - one of my 4 batteries didn't work. I carefully followed the return policy, and when I got the refund, it was more than $20.00 less than what it should have been. The other three batteries have been fine, but the company isn't doing a great job standing behind the product, unfortunately.

Once of the three batteries has already failed, and it's been less than a year and was only used twice.

Knock off no power
I didn't realize these are a knock off from OEM batteries. In a direct comparison flight they only last half as long.
