Flavour was awesome.e, I expect a hit from extra mature cheddar, and this had it.Slightly crumbly, great, good saltiness, epic!Going back for more

I have tried many on-line cheddars and I'm always looking for the best taste to cost offset.You can pay the earth for a small "cave aged, extra mature, blow your socks off cheddar cheese".Rarely do they live up to expectations.This cheddar is a superb balance between the two.It IS a strong flavoured cheddar. More sharp than creamy.The salty crystalline structure when cutting, rather than a soft uniform adhesive texture, reinforces this.It might not be the "strongest" but it packs a full flavoured punch at a very reasonable price.Please try it.To me, it is the best cheddar so far on Amazon !

This cheese is outstanding.
If anyone likes strong British cheese this is Awesome it’s punchy full on flavour it is the Buckingham Palace of cheeses would make excellent Welsh rarebit dish would last someone for 30 days until the next payday.

Perhaps I'm unlucky with this piece, but it has no flavour and no bite, which is the very least I expect from vintage cheese.
