Great pair of shorts
I love these shorts. I was hesitant about getting these shorts at first 'cause I've never worn shorts with tights underneath. However, I really loved the towel loop that comes with these shorts. Normally I just tuck my towel into my shorts when working out or running, but that loosens up my shorts too much. So for me this is a genius idea. Luckily shortly after seeing these shorts they went on sale and I bought them right away.I tried them on and they fit me great. The underneath tights were a little longer than what I normally like as they reach just above my knee cap, but they're comfortable. I'm 5'8" to give you an idea how how long they are. The one issue I do have is the pocket on the tights. The reason being is that it's tough putting my phone into it because the outer shorts get in the way. It's not a deal breaker since the outer shorts have pockets. I really appreciate that on the back pocket has a zipper. The back pocket itself is small but it's big enough to fit a debit card or drivers license. I also love the long draw string but the waist for now is tight enough so I won't have to tighten them.Overall I love these shorts as they are very comfortable, breathable, and I love the towel loop.

Favorite Workout Shorts
I have about 10 of these shorts and they are great, fit is very good, the phone holder is a nice bonus, they have held up really well for over a year. The side pockets are on the small side, but they are workout shorts, so not really a big deal.

Great product with one issue!
I recently purchased the Surenow Men's 2 in 1 Running Shorts, and overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase. These shorts offer a fantastic combination of comfort, water resistance, and an excellent fit that makes them stand out. However, there's one minor drawback that I couldn't overlook.Let's start with the positives. These shorts are incredibly comfortable. The fabric feels soft against the skin and fits like a glove, providing ample support without feeling too tight. I appreciated the quick-dry feature, especially during longer runs, as it kept me feeling fresh and dry even on hot, sweaty days. The water resistance is a definite plus. I've worn these shorts in light rain and found that they repel moisture quite effectively, keeping me relatively dry. This feature adds versatility to these shorts, allowing me to wear them in various weather conditions. Here's the downside: the inner liner pocket isn't suitable for holding a phone while running. I attempted to slip my phone into the pocket, but it felt awkward and uncomfortable during my run. The pocket size and positioning made it challenging to secure my phone without it bouncing around, which was a bit frustrating. If you're planning to carry a phone while running, you may need to use an additional armband or waist belt.

Love These Shorts
As a very active 75 year old living in Arizona, I practically live in these shorts all year long. They're high quality, durable, well priced, and provide the upper thigh compression that I need to keep my hamstrings happy. One word of caution, they run a little large. I'm 5'11"/175# with 31" waist - so I normally order Medium pants. After ordering my first pair, I found them to be a little baggy with less compression than I was looking for. With that knowledge I ordered several more pair (when they were on sale on Amazon) in size Small and they fit perfectly. My hamstrings are happy now.

Nice, but some issues made me return
The mission: I am on the hunt for the best running shorts. Background info: I am 6'1 and 215 lbs. I used to be into bodybuilding and have moved more towards hybrid training. I run 4-6 miles a day and 1 day per week is a track workout. I have a few pair of Nathan running shorts currently, but they aren't my favorite fit so I am on the search for the best pair of running shorts. I ordered many different brands to give them a try.I purchased this pair and quite a few other to see which ones I liked best.Initial Impressions: The shorts look very nice. outer shell is nice quality and light weight for running. The undershorts are longer than I like. they sit about 2 inches lower than the shorts.Fit and Comfort:Fit: accurate to my normal size. I wear a Large and the Large shorts felt normal.Comfort: the inner liner is actually very soft and comfortable.Quality and Durability: the outer shell is very nice, but the inner liner feels like with a lot of running it may have issues down the road, but I returned them so I cant be sure.Functionality and Performance: The inner liner didn't fit tight enough and felt like there may be issues with chaffing.Value for Money: for the money I don't think these are a bad buy. If I was just going to use these to go to the gym and lift I would have kept them, but due to the main reason being for running I have some concerns about the inner liner so I chose to return them. Conclusion: I chose to return them for the reasons stated above. My recommendation for running shorts for now: I have tried quite a few different brands and styles and my current recommendation are Legends Luka Men's running shorts. They are more expensive but I haven't found any cheaper with the same quality, look, and comfort.
