Budget Friendly, Durable & Looks Great after 3 yrs!
My pink countertops needed a budget friendly update. This stuff was a better than expected option. Installed in 2021 to counters that had a few obstacles including a corner sink, and a few odd angles. It took me an entire day, and a few not so nice words, to do by myself, but I did it and was surprisingly happy with the results. Extremely pleased with the durability. I cook and clean daily, the only negative I noticed was that some sauces & spices will stain if not wiped up quickly. The 3 biggest tips I'll give is; an extra set of hands would be extremely helpful, take your time, and a hair dryer will seal the deal...Literally! It really helped smooth things out. Especially, when it comes to getting around corners and edges. When I had to put my house of for sale, the realtor was shocked that it was a peel and stick film. Home sold day listed. This worked out so well, I did the counters in my daughters apartment. It's been over 3 years and she still no issues! In my current kitchen, I plan on building my own counters and covering them with this product until I can afford a hard surface option. So yes, I highly recommend!

Completely transformed my kitchen! Great product!
OK, so when this was advertised as ‘countertop transformation’, I had to see it for myself. I had seen YouTube videos of their appearance on Rachel Ray, and other customer’s videos and had to try it.We are not in our ‘forever home’ but I needed a change for my drab ‘90s kitchen! This completely changed the look. My friends were convinced this was granite until I spilled the beans.I am so happy with my purchase. Who wouldn’t be?! I have the look of spending tons- when I received a product for much, much less that looks the same!In terms of quality, WOW!! The thickness of the product actually outdid my expectations. It was easy to apply. Took less time than I would’ve spent getting our son to a soccer game and back. This product truly transformed my small kitchen. It is such a nice color. Paired with my gray walls- it made my kitchen seem bigger! In terms of customer service, this company is top notch. In fact, I learned while unpacking on the material enclosed, it’s a woman-owned company! I didn’t realize this when I ordered, but was happy to find that out!If I could give this product more than 5 stars, I would. It’s such a great transformation in so little time. Now to convince my husband that we should paint the cabinets... ;)

Turned out far better than I had hoped for
I have a countertop made out of scrap lumber and materials on my back patio. For the most part, the counter serves its purpose. However, because of the cheap stainless steel nails and our proximity to the ocean (only about 75 feet from my back door), rust spots develop and spread all over the counter. It was painted with KILZ paint and a heavy duty primer and oil-based paint, but to no avail... the rust kept coming through. I bought this EZ FAUX DECOR as a last ditch effort to keep the rust at bay, and to keep our countertop looking nice for social gatherings in our "oceanside lounge". WISH I HAD BOUGHT THIS EARLIER! The counter looks fantastic and repels water/spills perfectly. And the best part, no rust coming through...yet. The countertop measures 32" wide by 108" long and has a front facia of 8". The roll comes with measuring grids on the back though I wish the lines were solid instead of just hash marks. I couldn't cut a straight line if my life depended on it. Still, cutting was easy enough after using a ruler to connect the hash lines.I found it just a little cumbersome trying to install by myself and I think two sets of hands would have made things much easier, but I managed. READ THE OTHER TIPS!!! I cannot stress this enough. Having read the tips from others, I was able to be better prepared for the install. The hair dryer is a hassle-saver! Keep it on an extension cord nearby. As careful as I thought I was being, air bubbles did still form. But with a needle, the included scraper/and the hair dryer, the bubbles were easily removed and I challenge anybody to find where the air bubbles once were. This EZ FAUZ DECOR makes the countertop POP and it has become the center of attention for our patio!! Had I known it was going to look so nice and work so well, I really would have bought this earlier. I'd like to give this 5 stars, because it's better than 4 stars, but i've not had it installed long enough to determine if the product will beat the rust for a longer time than previously experienced with other tactics. In a few months, if it's still holding up, I'll change my rating. : )

Best stuff ever!!
This stuff is great!! completely transformed vacay kitchen for only $200 instead of $2000. Takes a lot of patience. On corners, use a hair dryer and stretch/pull to make smooth. I didn't figure this out until my last 2 corners, but still looks great. what i ended up doing with last 2 was first apply a scrap piece and practice doing the corner. i actually did this 3 times to figure out the best way. on seams there is a great video on youtube. (search: "EZ Instant Makeover- Faux Granite- Details like corner installation- part3" start about 5 mins in of 11 min video) However, if i did it again i would use more water and remove the backing before cutting. per the video, I didn't remove backing and do have a tiny overlap you can feel. Without the backing it would have been flat. Even when patient you'll end up with bubbles you didn't notice during installation. No worries, just make a tiny pin hole and use your squeegee to push air and water out to lay flat. Some just won't go down, but those are usually so small that no one will notice. Because it's not climate controlled all year, i'm a little worried to see how it fairs during the 115 degree summer. I'll report back if it reacts badly to the heat in coming months. :D Sorry pics are kinda dark
