Gorilla Playsets 01-0011 Sun Valley II Wood Swing with Monkey Bars, Tire Swing, and Rock Wall, Redwood

My kids LOVE this playground, they're on it for hours everyday (ages 6 and 2). It wasn't fun to put together just because of how big it is and how many pieces there are but that's to be expected. I would definitely say it takes at least 3 people to put together though instead of just 2. You need that 3rd person to just read the instructions and get all the pieces ready for the next step or it'll take way longer than the 10-12 hours it says. We're very happy with the outcome though.

Would likely have given this a high rating but this was delivered without the slide, tire swing or roof. We have a kids party at our house this coming weekend and now playing in the swingset is a safety hazard as there is an opening to nothing where the slide should be. I called gorilla customer service left a message and opened a ticket and no one got back to me yet today. Need the parts to be delivered ASAP. Even that is going to cost me more now though because I don’t have the ability to build this myself so I paid someone with experience to do it for me and now I’ll have to pay him again to come out to finish a job that could have been done, had I had all the parts. Extremely disappointed after saving up to buy a nice swingset.

We love our playset. It was self explanatory - easy to put together and the kids have never been happier! It's also beautiful!

I was warned by several reviews on a lot of websites about Gorilla Swing (Playnation) sets. Some major wood posts came split and there were several splintered pieces as well. There were also a few warped pieces of wood. They are slow to replace them from the factory, I think I waited a week. The instructions are not good, you will need someone who has put these units together before to do it correctly. The monkey bar addition does not state in the directions to beware "the welds" you cannot penetrate with sheet metal screws. The assembly of the monkey bar unit is not good, and required me to go out and purchase my own carriage bolt to properly secure the portion where the kids step up. I did bring this up with them, but they aren't very helpful. The Amazon seller was nice, but I should have spent a little extra and purchased from a better manufacturer. Based on the materials, I'm going to give it 3-4 years tops. Lastly, plan on water sealing it, which will also cost you extra. The paint job/sealing on the wood was terrible, and they should be ashamed to ship product like this.
