Update: After posting my review, the vendor reached out to apologize for my experience and to make things right. I was kind of thrown off by the email, but appreciated the customer service. I definitely didn’t expect them to contact me. They notified me that they had reached out to their product engineer to correct some of the design flaws. If so, this thing would look awesome! True or not, I appreciated the effort in trying to make things better. For that reason alone, I am bumping my rating up for this vendor. They obviously care to make things right and to make sure their customers are satisfied. They even offered to send me a complimentary plant, which I declined.Initial Review: I’m not quite sure how I feel about this tree. It’s definitely much slimmer and more petite than what is presented in the pictures. I like the tree trunk. It looks realistic enough, as do the leaves. My major problem is with the way the branches are connected to the tree trunk. Looks very awkwardly made. I haven’t gotten a planter for it yet, but I’m hoping that’ll help distract from some of the sparseness.

Love these, they’re as described and very lifelike. They are perfect for a smaller space as they are low profile but I personally needed taller. They can be heightened with the right pot and riser. A nice added organic element to inside without the pain of upkeep for real plants.

I originally ordered 3 of the 5 ft, but somehow only 2 of the order were delivered. Tracked the 3rd one to Humble, TX and after that it never moved; now think this is in some USPS employee's house who thought I only deserved 2. I only ordered the 4 ft because it said out of 5 ft. There is no assembly on this, it came well packaged. The bottom of the pot is not flat and the pot leans; I had some shims in the garage and used those. It was also missing some of the olives at the end of some of the stems. At the end of the day it is OK and was the best price I found on one this size. It sits in a corner of my kitchen in a beautiful plant pot from Italy that I had. Getting ready to open the 2 5 ft ones shortly.

Ive had these for a few years now and they’re holding up nicely. I have 1 outdoor and 1 indoor and they still both look as nice as they did when I bought them
