Are the KXKS. duffle bags TSA carry-on approved?

The dimensions of the duffle bags are designed to be TSA carry-on approved when packed correctly (not overpacked). We have never experienced or heard of any experiences where our bags were rejected for carry-on.

Do these duffle bags fit size 14 shoes?

They fit up to size 14 shoes but depending on the type of shoe, the bag may not fit all 4 pairs of size 14 shoes due to the width of the style of some shoes. Height wise, the bag will fit shoes up to size 14.

What can I do if my bag is faulty?

We strive to ensure that our products meet our strict quality requirements. If your bag ever experiences quality issues due to manufacturing or material defects, we will replace the bag at any time of your ownership of the product.

What if the bag I receive has a smell?

Our bags are constructed from materials such as nylon, polyester and polyethylene which all contribute to that new bag smell. This is normal and in most cases, if there is a faint smell, it will go away as you start to use and air the bag out.

What if product problems arise later?
