Q: Are the bellows made of leather?

The bellows are not leather. I would describe the material as being like something used in upholstery, something able to withstand many compressions. This is a great smoker.

Q: Are the three 1" tabs intended to be bent 90 degrees from the disc to form legs and raise the disc above the bottom of the smoker?

It helps the fire breathe and maintain smoke if the tabs hold the removable base off the bottom of the smoker housing. This is not to say that the tabs should be bent out 90 degrees...just make them hold the perforated disc away from the bottom.

Pitch the disc...lite your pellet and throw it in.i dont use the disc.

Q: What is the warrenty? I have holes in my bellow from tearing
