Worked for a week and then stopped working...
This would be our second unit. First one is 3 years old and still working great. Bought this unit as a second one for the new station. Worked for a week and stopped working. It was probably a faulty or a refurbished one. Looking at the reviews, many people had similar experience recently.

easy to install as works well
bought this to replace another scanner that was not reading well on different surfaces, ie shiny items. This scanner works great, no hesitation.
