Yes the legs and the arms are unharmed and can easily rolled up or iron on hem if needed. My grandson wears a 3t /4t

Probably 3t because it fit tighter than most outfits my son is extra skinny and it fit him perfect.

I dont think so. It did have a tag that said ‘keep away from flames’.
